- Divya Darshaan functions as a devotional and cultural facilitator connecting devotees with verified Vedic Purohits, independent temple trusts, and sacred tirth kshetras.
- Pujas and rituals are performed according to customary Sanatan traditions. While our priests execute all rites with utmost dedication and strict scriptural protocol, Divya Darshaan makes no religious, astrological, or supernatural claims or guarantees regarding the fulfillment of personal wishes, financial success, medical cures, or miraculous outcomes.
2. Devotee Obligations
- When placing a booking, you agree to provide truthful, accurate details (such as names, Gotra, birth information, shipping address, and active mobile number).
- We are not liable for delayed communications or misdirected Prasad shipments caused by incorrect data supplied by you.
3. Puja Execution & Media Proof
- Depending on individual temple policies and local temple administration rules, physical cameras or mobile phones may occasionally be restricted inside the Garbhagriha (inner sanctum).
- In such cases, the Sankalp, chanting, and ritual videos will be recorded in permissible designated temple premises, or comprehensive photo/video proof of your specific Sankalp and prasad offering will be provided.
4. Shipping and Logistics
- Prasad and divine articles are dispatched through independent courier services. Delivery timelines typically range from 4 to 9 business days depending on destination and local connectivity.
- We cannot be held liable for courier delays arising from public holidays, regional festivals, adverse weather conditions, or customs clearances for international deliveries.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, ritual audio-video clips, and software code on divyadarshaan.com belong exclusively to Divya Darshaan. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, copying, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Divya Darshaan, its promoters, priests, or affiliates be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
