1.1 “Content” shall include, without limitation, information, data, text, photographs, videos, live streaming, audio, written posts and comments, software, scripts, graphics, and interactive features generated, provided, or otherwise made accessible on or through the Website and App. Such Content shall either be owned by Divya Darshaan or owned by various temple or Guru partners along with rights granted to Divya Darshaan to publish such content on the Website and App and made available to the users.

1.2 “Services” shall mean the Content, video streaming, Website/App, dharmic reactions and any other features, functionalities, applications, materials, prasad service, puja service, pandit consulting, tourism package service, donation service or other services offered from time to time on the Website or App, collectively referred to as the “Services” or “App Services”.

1.3 “Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Policy”, “T&C”, “Terms of Service”, “Terms of Use” shall mean this entire Agreement and all parallel policies agreed to by You through use of the Website/App.

1.4 “You”, “Your”, “User” refers to any person accessing, browsing, registering or availing Services through the Website.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering for and/or using the Services of Divya Darshaan, You agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and all other policies published from time to time.

Certain Services may be subject to additional terms specified by Divya Darshaan. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such updates.

Eligibility: You must be at least 2 years of age. Divya Darshaan does not accept agreements or payments from minors without parental or legal guardian consent.

6. Payment Method

• Payments are non-refundable once made

• Puja dates cannot be changed after booking

• Transaction and processing fees may apply

• Divya Darshaan ensures reasonable security measures for payments

All remaining clauses including Rules & Conduct, Termination, Warranty Disclaimer, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, Modification, Force Majeure, Assignment, Support, Privacy Policy remain legally unchanged, with “Divya Darshaan” replaced by “Divya Darshaan” wherever applicable.)
